I’ve had it in mind to accompany my little rhymes with illustrations for a long time now, and I asked my very talented friend Cindie Flannagan to whip something up for “Night On Earth,” which is sort of a mural in words. She created the wonderful image at the top of this post, and I added the text and reposted the new presentation here. My long term goal with these rhymes is to get them traditionally published, and I think the illustrations will be really helpful in bringing them to life—so this initial foray is a really exciting and important step in that direction.
